OWL eSIM is a digital marketplace that facilitates the purchase of eSIM data plans from third-party telecommunications providers. We act solely as a reseller and intermediary. We do not operate any mobile network infrastructure and do not provide telecommunications services directly. We do not guarantee and assume no responsibility for the quality, speed, coverage, availability, or reliability of any data plan provided by third parties.

3. Account Registration

To purchase eSIM plans, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final once the eSIM QR code has been delivered to your email. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. eSIM Delivery and Activation

eSIM QR codes are delivered electronically via email immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing. We are not responsible for activation failures caused by device incompatibility, carrier restrictions, or incorrect installation.

6. Third-Party Providers

eSIM plans are provided by third-party telecommunications providers. We do not guarantee the quality, speed, coverage, availability, or reliability of any data plan. Network speeds, including advertised speeds such as 3G/4G/5G, are dependent on local infrastructure and conditions beyond our control. Fair Usage Policies (FUP) are set by providers and may apply to certain plans.

We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, throttling, or any other issues arising from the use of third-party eSIM services.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for how you use the purchased eSIM plans. We are not responsible for any misuse, illegal activities, or violations of local telecommunications laws committed by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macsimotivus LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
