Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature
eSIM plans are digital products that are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally considered final once the eSIM QR code has been generated and sent.
2. When Refunds May Be Issued
We may consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:
Delivery failure: If we fail to deliver the eSIM QR code within 24 hours of payment and cannot resolve the issue.
Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same plan due to a technical error on our end.
Non-functional eSIM: If the eSIM cannot be activated due to a provider-side error, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
3. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Device incompatibility: If your device does not support eSIM technology. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
Carrier restrictions: If your device is carrier-locked and cannot accept third-party eSIMs.
Incorrect installation: If the eSIM was installed incorrectly or the QR code was used on a non-compatible device.
Already activated: If the eSIM has already been activated and data has been consumed, regardless of the amount used.
Network quality: If you are dissatisfied with network speed, coverage, or quality provided by the third-party telecommunications operator. These factors are outside our control.
Change of mind: If you simply changed your travel plans or no longer need the eSIM.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP): If your speed was reduced after consuming your data allowance in accordance with the plan's FUP terms, which are displayed on the product page.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your case within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Provider Responsibility
eSIM data plans are provided by third-party telecommunications providers. We act as a reseller and do not operate any network infrastructure. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or quality of services delivered by these providers.
Any claims related to network performance, coverage disputes, or data allowance discrepancies should be understood in the context that we have no control over provider infrastructure or policies.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
